Washington Oilseeds Commission Public Comment Policy –
Time will be given at the beginning of each Commission meeting to give public comments on all actionable items. The floor will then also be opened at the conclusion of each meeting to allow for additional public comments. All comments will be limited to 3 minutes per comment.

Commission Meeting Agendas and Minutes
Board meetings are held four times a year – typically in January, April, July and November. An Annual Meeting is held in February, where the annual report of the Commission is presented. All are invited to participate in all meetings.
